Hagerty Driving Club. Worth It?

I have had my car insured through Hagerty for 21 years and have had, to date, good service. Based on that experience I decided years ago to add "Hagerty Driver's Club" (aka 'Hagerty Roadside') to my policy. After all, how could I resist the promise that my car would be towed by a tower who would use straps? On a recent outing to a local restaurant my 72 B was damaged. I called Hagerty Roadside to arrange for a tow. No one answered! I called Triple A and got my car towed back...
