Hi MGBers, was wondering if any of you have had experience with B-Hive auto parts online? Trying to fix up a 65 B that my wife and I received when her mom died.
It hasnt run in 20 years. Had motor rebuilt and noticed in comparison that the B-Hive is quite a bit cheaper on parts than Moss or VB. Water pump is what we were looking at today.
Thanks again, Mark

Mark, Gordon at the B-hive is one of the best in the business, you just can't buy from a more reputable source. I've been buying parts from him for years and rarely bother to order from anyone else unless its something he doesn't stock.
X2
Cheers,
Rick

Hello Mark
Gordon is great in my book- as are his weekly email specials. I too always check out Gordon first before ordering from anyone else. I especially like that he carries NOS as well as aftermarket parts, lets you know which, and gives you a choice. I just wish he handled parts for my older MG's.
Regards
Hiram

I trust Gordon implicitly. He has never let me down. Good parts, great service.

Gordon saved me again today. The "Hive" is not an internet based warehouse. When you order something, Gordon looks it over and makes sure the stuff you ordered makes sense for the car you have. If quantities look off he'll call you to make sure you get what you need.

My son is a student at Clemson University and lives very near Gordon's business, so I'll use him as a "parts runner" from time to time (e.g. if he's headed home for the weekend) to save on shipping costs. All I've got to do is add a note to my online order that "Ben will swing by and pick this up", and it's always waiting for him out in front of the counter. Never fails. And when I call an order in, Gordon will remember to ask me (one of who knows how many hundreds of customers)if I want it shipped or if Ben will pick it up. Amazing.
Also, as someone else already mentioned, if Gordon spots something on an order that doesn't make sense based on his knowledge of the particular car you have, he'll pick up the phone and call just to be sure before shipping it out.
Excellent customer service!!
Paul
