So I was trying to loosen the screw on the blake bleeder valve and I accidentally broke off the nipple part of the valve. Will I still be able to bleed the brakes or do I need to replace the entire screw. If so how do I do that?

are the wrench flats still on the thing? If yes then you're good. Tighten it down so you have brakes. Order new bleed screw. You can just swap the bad one with new and off you go.

If it broke off even with the caliper, get a small "screw-out" (reverse thread screw extractor) - stick it in the hole and the remaining nipple will back out. I have also used these extractors when the nipple's hex flats have rounded out such that I could not get anything to grab around the neck.

It broke off above the actually screw. I am going to try and loosen the screw and still see if I can bleed the brakes. I have been soaking it in penetrating liquid to help me turn it.

If it broke off in the caliper, I would probably just get another caliper. Time and trouble to remove more than just putting new one on. That's just me.
