full Tonneau Cover

full Tonneau Cover #1

My car has never had a tonneau since I have owned it and I am curious about the bar that goes behind the seat. How, if it does, does the tonneau attach to this bar? Anyone have some pictures? Thanks, Dick

The TD originally only came with a half tonneau. The tonneau fit over the bar and was attached to the back of the seat with lift the dot tabs.

when driving with the full tonneau one can either put the unused portion over the bar or try to stuff it between the bar and the seatback. IME it's not as easy as it appears to tuck it between, nor is as attractive as one might think.

I had a full one on my TD. I just folded the material behind the seats. The bar only works with the original half tonneau well.

Bruce, is your top under the tonneau in the pictures? I just ordered a half tonneau from NTG Motor Services in the UK. I'm curious how it will attach or go over the seat bar too.
