Putting the window back into my ZBV and, using Steve Hanegan's tutorial, I've got the gist of it. Pretty straight forward...BUT the one stubby bolt the attaches the vertical piece to the front corner of the curved piece appears to need to be fixed from the top and then malleted into place. Is that all? And just fit the felt runner back up int the channel and that's all?

Steve's photos show a screw driver apparently tightening upward from inside the channel, but there is only the one bolt, so what is the screwdriver driving?. Am I overthinking this?
