Siezed nuts can sometimes be loosened with a 1200 watt hair dryer blow dryer. Try this before using torch heat! 7 to 10 minutes on high. Just monitor that you do not melt the hair dryer!

Think of what 7-10 minutes of continuious blow drying would do to my seized brain

I use an electric heat gun for heat shrink tubing and the like. No flame, and faster than a hair dryer.
