My rear tail lights seem to be slightly different colours. Of the three that I have (two fitted and one spare), one looks red, one looks orange, and one is a cross between the two. I know that glass can fade etc, but I can't find any guidance on what the colours should be. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Would a red LED solve the issue?

Thanks Ian. I'm really just checking that the glass should be red and not orange or some mix of the two. Logically I guess it should be red (I've got trafficators so no indicators at rear) but I thought I'd seen something somewhere that suggested otherwise! Andy

Have a selection of rear lenses. The original ones fade to an orangey red. The new ones are red.
It's personal choice, but legally they should be red when illuminated.
