I’ve done it.
The parts are not available new. I got my hubs from Stephen Curtis in the UK.
There were almost no steel wheel cars sent to NA so finding a steel wheel axle here would be a real find. Finding and swapping hubs from the UK is much easier.
I’ve heard that the C rear axle will take the B four lug hubs. But you have to change the rear brakes to B brakes. So trade offs. The V8 swap guys love doing this. I’m considering putting one on my B project. I’m not sure what you could do about the front hubs.
