Hi all,
Does anyone know how this wire retaining clip fits onto this switch? I assume you put the switch into the dash and attach the wire clip from behind but I'm at a loss as to how it goes on, does anyone have a photo of one installed and instructions on how it's done? Thanks.

When diagnosing issues related to running and stalling, always check to see if you have gas in the tank first.

If I remember correctly the clip was installed on the switch, wires attached and pressed into the dash from the front.
You may have to hold down the two coiled areas on each side of the switch when you press it into the dash.
It made a satisfying click and held.
Like I said, fair warning......this might not be correct. Removal was a fiasco and could not get a good look at the original configuration.
