I have a 1968 MGB. It is getting no electricity to the fuse box on the brown wire. There are brown wires connected well at the starter. I think the problem must be at the junction I circled in red. Does anyone know where it is?

Dave, I think that junction is behind the dash, but I do not know why they wouldn't have the Fuse feed brown wire go to the fuse block direct from the main starter junction battery cable lug without splicing it.

It may be within the wrap in the harness. Follow the ROWN wire along its route toward the Starter, and yu will run into it. Good Luck.

Stupid question, what is the VIN of your car? There are 2 schematics for 1968 NA cars. If your car is both a North American car and either Tourer GHN4-138401 to 158232, or a GT GHD4-139472 to 158370 then you have the right schematic. If after those, you should be using diagram 8. If that, then it is the same as mine and has only one brown wire between fuse block to the starter with no connector between.

Have you got a pic of the fuse block? this is from my early '69 - Diagram 8. the earlier '68 had 3 brown wires on the fuse

Closing this out: I found the junction point behind the dash, it is near the heater control to the left of the steering wheel.

It turns out that all the electricity in the car, except the starting and charging currents, flow through this junction point, It was a bit loose, getting warm and dropping voltage under load, the same thing was happening at the starter where they use an extra large push on tab connection, both of these voltage drops combined to cause a problem. All fixed now,
