My better half and I are coming too
Staying at the hotel london Beverley hills
Are there any mgc owners in Hollywood
Happy to meet up
Ps photo of rear end or not rebuild in progress
Someone thought it looked like a Morris Minor traveler being restored

My garage is a scenic morning drive of where you're staying, and I will be working within walking distance of your son in late May. Shoot me an email and we'll talk.

The city is horribly busy, although interesting to see. But a short drive north and it all melts away as you travel up the Pacific Coast to the West, or the 10,000+ foot mountains just North of LA. I hope you get to see that too. Incredible driving roads are not far away.

Simon,

I believe you mean Culver City. The traffic in the "land of fruits and nuts" can be brutal at times. There is lots to see in and around where you will be. Be sure to look into the museums. Some of the best in the world

The Peterson Auto Museum, California Science Center, and the La Brea Tar Pits are a must. Here's a link to museums in the Los Angeles area.

Yes, he means Sony Studios in Culver City. The Peterson is very good, but it's sort of a car museum for everyone from actual car guys to tourists walking by. If you want to see the really good stuff that only car guys can truly appreciate, there are others. Unfortunately one of the premier collections in the world 40 miles North of LA is being auctioned off in 3 days. But seven of the really high end cars are being donated to the Peterson. If you can make it to the Nethercutt Collection, I highly recommend it. Be sure to schedule a tour of the second building. That's where the truly impressive stuff is.
