I'd love to have a British swap meet in Alberta. No such thing here unfortunately.

That is a shame Bruce. Would have been good to see you there. I was thinking of driving the 1800ES down and seeing if I could sneak on to the grounds under the "They were first built in the UK by presses steel" clause.

My MGB is in the shop, but I'll be there in my VW GTI to wander around and say hello to Martin MacGregor. He always has interesting stuff for sale.

I will be there - have a few small parts to sell. Also have flyers for our (British Sports Car Club of London) upcoming car show on June 1st at Crossings Pub.

Yup, life is busy this spring but still working on changing things around, but ....................

Yes bring the Molvo, the show at Stowe lets them on the field, along with the new Mini eye popping smiley so worth a try, no?

Back from the show and almost thawed out. The drive down was a great way to get the car out of the shop and stretch its legs. The people at the gate did not bat an eye on the funny looking Volvo 1800. The number of Jags and Rovers surprised me.

Was nice to touch base with a bunch of people that I had not seen since the Covid thing happened.
