I know there's a B,S & T forum but I've come here to ask if anyone has a spacer found on the steering column below. My searching shows NLA. One of mine has separated IE the top half broke off. Or does anyone have a replacement solution?

Mk1: CKD 11/66 first registered 8/5/67; owned since 3/77. 18GB +40 balanced. Peter Burgess BVFR head. Piper 285. 123. FidanzaFW. 4synch c/r box. Lots more as I did a nut and bolt rebuild; finished 2015. Tartan Red.

GT: December '78. VW Golf guards, flush fit front and rear valances. Torana XU1 vents, frenched indicators & Mk1 rear lights. 'Worked' Rover V8 with Monsoon ECU for EFI. GM4L60E, Lokar tiptronic & Quick4 controller. Vintage Air A/C. FC IFS. CCE 4 link rear. Salisbury with Quaife. Jaguar Storm.

It is slotted and it slips onto the column's mounting bracket - M-E calls it a spacer. It's aluminium and looks like below both sides except as can be seen in the 2nd pic I've lost the two "wings" so it won't slide into the in the slot in the bracket - pic 3. Given it goes between the column bracket and the housing that bolts to the firewall I may be able to live with it as is - IDK.

I've added an end on shot.

if what you need is as shown below, I may have a couple kicking about?

I will need to rummage about my parts mine and can't promise to find. I will let you know if I am successful to find.

Life's most persistent and urgent question is, "What are you doing for others?"
