I am devising a remote bleeder for the clutch slave cylinder. For this purpose I bought a second set of clutch hose to extend the bleeding port of the slave cylinder to motor housing.

The end of the hose is 7/16 20 male. Then I connected a speedbleeder (also 7/16 20 male, http://www.speedbleeder.com/size.htm) to the clutch hose using a female/female connector (black piece in the photo). The fluid spurts through that black piece instead of going through the speedbleeder when i pump the clutch pedal (with the bleeder loose 1/4 turn or so). I am pretty sure the black piece is wrong (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08BR9LCZC/ref=pe_386300_440135490_TE_simp_item_image?th=1 ).

Any suggestions to couple the two male parts together? (or an off the shelf product for remote bleeding that fits MGMidget 1500 cc).

Looks interesting!
Where is the fluid coming out? Around the connections?

When diagnosing issues related to running and stalling, always check to see if you have gas in the tank first.

I assume you plan for this remote to be a permanent install... otherwise one continuous length of plastic tubing is all that is needed.
So for a permanent install...

The black fitting appears to be a 45 or 37.5 degree JIC or SAE flare type, and must mate with a similar male, otherwise no sealing connection.

Visit a local hydraulic supply or repair shop. (forklift, tractor, brake repair). Bring your entire remote line assembly, INCLUDING the original slave bleeder, so they can supply connectors that will create an end-to-end leak free connection, and some hard line tubing.

I strongly suggest you use hard line tubing --1/4"-- all the way from the slave bleed port to your new remote bleed fitting.
You don't want non-pressure rated lines in this remote bleed set-up, because it will carry full clutch hydraulic pressure once the bleeding is complete, and the bleeder is closed. Unless you want to keep opening and closing the original, slave mounted bleeder.

The bleeder originally supplied with the slave should be replaced with a hard tubing adaptor with the same male thread. Otherwise you'll still have to open the slave mounted bleeder to do the bleed from the remote, and finding a way to attach hard line tube to the original bleeder is going to be next to impossible. Thus, the same hassle of opening and closing the slave mounted bleeder.

Running the slave bleed port adaptor, and hard line, will allow your remote bleeding leg to safely carry the full clutch hydraulic pressure when bleeding is complete, and the new bleeder nipple is closed, and working a slave mounted bleed nipple is eliminated.

Drewski is correct, that type of fitting has a bleed port to visually verify that there are no leaks at the connection, they are typically used for High Pressure applications up to around 30,000psi, the rating is usually stamped or laser etched onto the fittings so they can be inspected and verified.
You should be able to get a 1/4"-20 brake coupling nut at your FLAPS to seal it up.

Thank you, they are very responsive and this is a great resource.

I checked and they have a remote bleeder for Sprite and they believe it should also work for MG Midget. They are even willing to test the sealment with the old slave cylinder if I were to send it them. It is 40" in length to so I hope it is long enough to extend to the engine bay.
