Ad'm, How about Mclean's brit bits, in Rye, Nh. Google them. Nice folks and a nice
website, they helped me out with my front suspension/kingpin rebuild a few years back.
Another thought would be to search a fellow forum member by the name of Carl French.
He resides in southern Me., and may be a source of a lead or two! Met him once, very nice
guy. Hope this may help a bit! Best regards, Jim Macaulay

Suggest you call Chuck Troast, New England Classic MG, right on the state line off Rte 25: at 368 Moulton Road Freedom, NH 03836 Phone: (603) 539-7941
Chuck did a great job getting my '67 road ready post-purchase.
to paraphrase Mark Twain:

Ad'm,
You got some good suggestions here, depending on where he is. I would recommend Colin Britton at AutoLab, Warren Ave, Portland, ME. When I lived in Portland, he handled any larger repairs on two of my MGBs and, in my opinion, is second to none.
