Hi Guys: Well I am in the process of removal of the donor engine to replace the front and rear seals and will be installing A speedi sleeve on the rear of the crankshaft.
I have the new seal sleeve and read the instructions and question is whether to leave the flange on the seal or not?Looks to me like you might damage the new sleeve trying to get the flange off? Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving to all,Bill

Hap Waldrop (a respected engine builder on this forum) says leave it on. I plan to when I install mine.
