FWIW the flag of England, (not British flag) is a White background with a Red cross, (Cross of St George), as you wrote. This together with the Cross of St Patrick, (Ireland) and the Cross of St Andrew (Scotland) overlay create the United Kingdom (UK flag) you know as the Union Jack.
I know, this is boring stuff but ........................

I thought it would be cool to have an antenna topper with the Union Jack design, but the only one I seem to find looks like the red cross symbol and is labeled as the British Flag.

You did it, Norman.
I found a site that sells ping pong balls, and I put the union jack on it. I was able to cstomize it, also.
