Just got the final word from Casey Creamer of Watkins Glen Vintage Grand Prix Festival today on the Vintage Grand Prix Festival in the town of Watkins Glen

"There will be the SVRA races at WGI on the weekend of July 24th – 26th.
There will not be any Stone Bridge Driver events on that weekend.
There will not be a Grand Prix Festival in July, although there might be some sort of celebration/party downtown on that Friday evening that may include a static display of vintage race cars and appropriate vendors. Stay tuned!
The 2015 Grand Prix Festival will definitely be held on Friday September 11th!
As you know there will be no vintage races at WGI in September, but so far our plan is to come up with a number of additional Stone Bridge Driver events to occupy you throughout the entire weekend. We have a committee of creative folks who all share the single minded goal of having fun with cars, so expect some really cool ideas for ways to expand the Stone Bridge Driver Events for the entire weekend. This is going to be a Grand Prix Festival to remember, for sure.
Will Austin Healy still be the Featured Marque? That is a question that will be answered very soon. We certainly hope that the Austin Healy folks will still be excited about being part of our expanded Grand Prix Festival even though there will be no Vintage Races that weekend.
I know this still leaves a lot of yet to be answered questions, but now that we have gotten past the major hurdles, the real planning and info sharing can proceed.
The July Vintage races will still be worth attending, so I suggest you make your plans for that event and of course get your reservations and plans made for the 2015 Expanded and Enhanced Watkins Glen Grand Prix Festival.
