I still have 3 or 4 Datsun A15's, two 5 speeds (1 dogleg and 1 regular pattern) Some new head gaskets including one of the extra heavy duty high performance models.
One of the transmissions is in the 78 Midget and the other is currently residing in a 1980 Datsun 210.
I have titles for all the cars.
I have a complete Arkley kit including all those gold plated suspension parts and a ton of other stuff.
A white '73 Midget has a 1275 and a good 4 speed, good mechanical bits rusted body.
A fairly rust free '73 shell including doors and trunk lid
The green 78 with Bugeye front end has a 3.7 rear end and the dogleg 5 speed, side draft SU's on a Nissan A15 - this has the nearly impossible to find intake manifold.
Rusted tub of a 63 Midget with a 1098 and transmission / rear end in it
I have a Bugeye radiator with a serial number plate that reads "0001" that John Sprinzel said is "interesting".
I'd like to clear it all out and put a little money in the bank, PM me your interest.
Anyone who can take all or large part will get more serious consideration, if you can come remove stuff even better.
For the curious yes there's a story here, I just don't want to share publicly.

I didn't know they do that, but it makes sense I suppose.
We have one of their stores nearby in North Bend.

Look into shipping an engine on a pallet via "Fastenal". Sounds like a good option if you have one of their stores nearby.

Yes, we have "Fastenal" near by. The thing I'm looking at is that I have two rebuildable A14's with the late smog head and I have a A15 crank so could make a A15. Have a H75 head which is better than the smog H95 head. Also have a factory rebuilt B210 A14 and a fresh rebuilt by me B210 A14 done when I couldn't seem to come up with any A15 parts. So, as you can see, I'm in pretty good shape on Datsun engines! Currently fitting the factory rebuilt into a Mk3 Sprite. The head appears to be brand new and its getting a DCOE. Those A14's were rated at 80hp. Sooo, I really am not currently in need of anything except a JDM good head and maybe good intake!
I am sure fond of the A15 in my Midget. Took it out to the Black Hills of So Dak last summer just to play on the twisty's and that is what convinced me to change the Mk3 Sprite over from stock.

To be very specific and clear I don't have any "B210" parts.
What I have are "Datsun 210" parts.
Anyone getting a B210 transmission for a Spridget is in for some hurt, it's the "210" part that fits the tunnel.
Update - too damn cold & snowy & icy & rainy out there for me to get anything done.
Let's get some dryer and warmer going on outside.

Morning Rick
Any update on your parts for sale. I'm still interested in the B210 tranny
Let me know
Thanks

Sent to a member in PM, thought it would be good to share generally:
The transmission you want is the 5 speed with a big "60" on the right (passenger) side of the case.
The numbers are about 1" tall.
They were in the 78 - 80 cars though some got swapped into other Datsuns since they will bolt right up to a few different engines.
The 79.5 cars had the dogleg version of the trans, which is coveted by racers (and some others of us) due to the quick shifting between often used gears.
I have one of each, dogleg and normal and both are in good used condition.
However both are currently in cars, so can't just be packaged up and mailed out without a bunch of work outside so that's the limiting factor at the moment.
For me it's like a nice savings account just sitting out there, if the wife wasn't commenting about the ugly cars in the yard they would likely sit out there a long time.
I've got other Datsun rare pieces here, like the high performance big port cylinder head that fits the Datsun A series engines and the side draft dual carb manifold that lets you bolt up a pair of HIF4 carbs to a Datsun A series engine.
The plan was to take all the best of it and build an Arkley SS using one of my Midgets as the base, a built Datsun A15 with side draft carbs and one of the 5 speed transmissions.
That would be a really fun car, and is still tempting me to hang onto some of the stuff.
Maybe I just need to learn to let go...
