Well, I can't be sure but it seems to have the correct latches for the roll up window cars but seems awful short for the later cars. Actually, it might only fit side curtain cars but someone has added later latches. You would have to do some measuring and maybe a test fit.

Wow those hardtops are really nice. Have you tried it? Do you need to remove your soft top completely ?

I was shocked how many MG parts are on Craig's List in NJ. Seems like these cars are pretty popular around here.
