There's an example of Katoomba Grey on Barney's page .....

I saw this car "in the flesh", and the pic colour is accurate.

In my opioion, it has to be the Grey - Its such a uniquie colour, how many other will you see in this colour? It will look awesome with a red leather interior. That said, I'm sure other on here will disagree - its your car, you choose ( I would buy it if it was Grey).

Probably just me, but I would go darker on the blue and towards the original "cherry red" as opposed to the "wine red" that most vendors sell for the MGA (hidden scraps of original material in my cars are cherry red).
Here is an XK120 in Pacific Blue with red.
British cars create mechanics out of ordinary men, German cars make poor men from rich ones and Italian cars make grown men cry.

It has to be your personal choice of course. Either would look fantastic amongst the usual mass of red painted MGs.
As for me, it would be without hesitation, grey. Grey with red would look terrific, and you're not going to see many others in grey, and certainly none over there in Katoomba Grey.
My own MGA was originally Katoomba Grey. Sadly the previous owner painted it black. Black DOES look great, but only when it's clean and shiny. And black shows every little mark. A sparkling clean car looks messy just from a bit of dust and a few finger marks. Grey would be much more forgiving.
I've attached a photo of the original makers' plate on my car for your interest, and two photos of a Katoomba Grey MGB I happened upon recently. (Katoomba Grey was offered on later MGAs and the earlier Mk I MGBs here in Australia).
The township of Katoomba is just a shortish drive from my place. I never thought there was anything grey about Katoomba; it's in what we call The Blue Mountains.
