Our son's dog, the late Murphy, a cross between a St. Bernard and a Great Pyrenees. Wonderful dog with a gentle soul.

I had to put my Boston Terrier down 2 years ago. Broke my heart. But the dog was well known In Ohio, here on the Outer Banks, NC, and in the UK. I received cards from all over when they heard about Homer (I didn't name her that. Youngest son). Last week I had a knock on the door and one of the guys that use to serviced my place told me he was in the neighborhood and had to stop an see Homer. It nice feeling to know people love a dog as much as yourself.
All dogs go to Heaven.
Just a little note. Everyone down here lives on a 50 by 100 foot lot. Most have large dogs, yellow labs, black labs. Rottweilers, golden retrievers, etc. But most don't take their dogs out for a run. Shame.
P.S. There is are no Buts.

My grandparents always had Boston Terriers when I was growing up. I have already decided that when our two old dogs (a Maltipoo and Portuguese Water dog) pass on, the next dog will be a male Boston Terrier that I will rename after one of my grandparent's dogs (Colonel, Corky or Officer Mike)...
There's just something about those dogs.....
