You will have to locate a level two or three blocks of street with little or not traffic to adjust those driving lights in the right direction and height.
Back in the days when I lived in far South Texas, {1955} we would take the car {a 1929 Model A Ford} . . . up graded to seal beam headlights) out after 10:00 p.m. and adjust the light beams, where the were straight down the road . . . on your side of the center stripe, and barely touching the pavement 500 feet, or more out in front.
. . . of, if you have access to a local high end speed shop, they will have the equipment to do this in their shop, without you having to go find a very dark road at night.
Yes, today, I am 77 years old.

Those lights are really nice and put out a bunch of light!
I made a bracket that spans the bumper mounts, hidden from sight, and mounted the lights upside down. I use soft covers to cover the lights that I acquired elsewhere.
No drilling needed and may be a option for you with the fish mouth grill. Aiming them is no big deal.

Those look like Hella 500's - If so I've had them on a few 4x4s. Really powerful for such a small light (as compared to other off road lights). The base is pretty versatile and I'm sure you can figure something out with a little ingenuity. I like the way the poster above mounted his.
I went a different route on my '72 as you can see.

My PO had already drilled the bumper so I didn't have much choice.

They are the Hella 500s. That's a good look, the way those are set up on your car. I considered the Lucas ones but the COVERS ALONE are like $80 each. The entire Hella set (with cool covers too) is less than $120.
Re the LED comment, all the other exterior lights are LED.

The 500s are a LOT brighter too. Post what you do with them once installed.
