No, it's not a SMART car.
It's an MG Dynamo, electric concept car.
Can't say that I like it, but then I care for electric cars in general. It may be the wave of the future, but I should be dead before that.

We already hve a few electric MGB's in the area and one forum member just completed a 2 speed conversion from a light weight transmission in his mGB and it is on the road

now don't flame me, but I could see driving that, or something similar to work Monday - Friday. Because of traffic and the fairly boring route options, I don't really get any enjoyment from the commute any way and if I can save a buck in the process then where is the harm? That saved buck will go toward the MG or one of the other toys anyway. When time allows I take light rail, if you think the electric MG is ugly, try riding in an oversize breadbox with 50 complete strangers, the MG above will start looking awfully inviting.
