HI all - any chance anyone in Northern IL (or surrounding) has a 1098 engine looking for a good home? "CG" is fine, don't really care if it's the 2" main "10CC" engine, although might be nice. I see them on EBay once in a while for a couple-hundred bucks, but they usually turn out to be 5 states away with a $200+ shipping bill on top.

Thanks in advance,

Tom

Hi Tom,

I have a 1098 CC engine that should work for you. Engine turns over freely. No carbs, manifolds or distributor. I'm near Fond du Lac, WI. $295 will buy it.

Tim

Tim,

I love a good trip to Fond du Lac! I am still in Australia until the 4th, and will be exhausted when I get home - but I am very interested.

I don't need a carb or a dizzy or a manifold either. Perfect. Can you P.M. me?

Cheers,

Tom

Nope. Headed the other direction. I'm in Texas on my way to Afghanistan.

Have a good 10CG and a 10CC that could use bearings but is low miles. I'm a state away in eastern So Dak but if you want them and come and get them the price is right. FREE.

Kurt.
