It looks like a Gold Seal replacement engine. Here is another example

My car has a Gold Seal replacement engine and it's engine number is like the one in Jim's link. The numbers are warehouse parts numbers as the replacement engine was considered a replacement part by BLM! That first photo looks like the bottom numbers were stamped (probably not by the factory.)

I believe that the "47G" prefix indicates a B series engine. I have a NOS 1800 short block which came in a box with that number. Since it is not a complete engine, it had no engine number tag.
