A bit of rain in AM didn't keep a glorious sunny day from following leaving everything fresh and perfect for top down touring. A few members from my club took advantage of this as we hosted fellow MGEr Mark P. from Australia and his lovely wife Helen. Plugged them into the GT for a great run led by our own Ray B. through the Napa Valley on Silverado Trail and over Mt St Helena to MiddleTown where we explored Butts Canyon and Pope Valley Rds. Then to Lake Berryessa and past Lake Hennessy with close to 100 miles on the clock we ended at La Tra Vigne pizza parlor in St Helena to congratulate ourselves on another memorable run.

Too kewl, Jim! Pouring down rain in South Carolina. Outta here tomorrow and starting back to Otis. I figure two more weeks. That would make it eight weeks on the road.
I need to go on a diet when I get home!
Hugs to Peg!

This car is now very nearly completely done. Sure to find something else, but not now.........And 12 years later, I'm starting to fix things that were new when we built the car. It's pretty well de-bugged!

Was thinkin' bout you guys all day while I was loading construction debris for the recycle yard. Wish I could have made it. Berryessa looking a little low, not that it should be a shock but its usually a little more drought resistant than Shasta or Oroville. Glad you all had a good day!

when I woke up at 7, intending to join you, it was pouring rain here. Went back to the covers.
awhile later, I could have made it but I had other instructions from the war department and had no choice.

Jim,
A bit of advice - please read your insurance policy.
I was looking through mine,& realized that it didn't cover anyone,
outside of our "Immediate Family".
I've let outsiders drive the TR6,& was not aware
that I wouldn't be covered if an accident happened, while they
were driving.
