Yes, come hell or high water, the completed Morgan will be there. It will be 3 1/2 years this June since staring this project.
I can't think of a better venue to celebrate it's completion.

Yo!

Last year we had 46 vehicles registered... majority of which signed up in the last month.

So far we're already at 34, with a month and a half to go! Woo-hoo!

On that note... if you're thinking of joining us but haven't registered yet, don't wait too long! The tickets for the banquet dinner are limited to the 100 seat capacity for the room, and hotel rooms are going to get scarce closer to the weekend.

On other notes, we're getting pretty organized: shirts, posters, banners, events, sponsors all looking good!
If anyone has items (collectibles, hand-made, service gifts, etc) that could be offered up, we can still use items for:
- swag bag check-in
- "lucky ticket" silent auction (lower cost)
- "best bid" silent auction (mid cost)
- not-so-silent auction (most worthy) by the ever-entertain, cunning-linguist Hurricane Helen ...watching her in action is worth the price of admission!

I've booked a room at the B/W in Radium for Fri & Sat night. Is there something going on on Sunday? Should I book another night? I thought that from reading the poster that we would drive there on Friday, show and dinner on Saturday, then home to Edmonton on Sunday.

Mike H and I always go up for Thursday and return on Monday. He is always looking for a golf partner. Sunday golfing is the best as all the Calgarians have gone home.

Hey! just trying to register online for Brits best and I have a couple questions:
I'm bringing 2 cars and there is no spot for the second name. also, if you register a second car, does it come with a t-shirt?
If so, there is no menu for the size of the second t-shirt.

Past experience with other shows such as MG2013 in Corvallis, Oregon has taught me that the reduced rate for a second car, generally doesn't allow for a second driver or goody bag ( which usually includes an event shirt ).
If there is a second driver for the other car, the shirt has to be ordered and paid for from the regalia options.
A second driver name on the windshield display card, and personal show ID/name tag, usually requires doing a separate entry at full rate.

Those will be your options here I suspect, but hopefully a committee member will chime in here, or you can direct your query to them by using the club email link (events@calgarymgclub.org) on the web site.
