Wiring instructions...no. But many experts have done it.
Screw kit...yes, original, but they’re ugly and I prefer stainless (but are not seen.

Bob, Avatar (and wheel currently on my ‘71) is a mid to late 60’s Personal wood steering wheel before they merged with Nardi. One of my first repairs/restorations. It’s a fun hobby...maybe some day I’ll make my first $1.
