I spoke with UPS this morning 12/16/2017. I gave them all the information on the package I shipped to you. UPS will investigate and get back to me within 8 days.

May I suggest you also give them a call and inform them that you did not receive the package on your end. You may want to make sure that they send you what they find.

Please keep me informed. I'm sorry that somehow the ball was dropped.
