I need a car cover for my 1977 MG Midget to keep the dust out of it. It will be in a portable shelter but it would still get dusty without a cover. Who sells a goo quality cover for this model?

I've survived 6 years with the medium-grade cover from Victoria British. It is only just now starting to look tatty. This won't protect your car from a torrential downpour or dust storm, but for your purposes it should be fine. The soft backing is great for your paint finish, but if used outdoors seems to attract pests of the rodent variety.

Walmart sells a BUDGE cover at a reasonable price that does the job.

On my 350Z now but at one time covered my Miata. Might be a tad large for a Midget, but they sell one size smaller too. Around $23 I think.
