Funny thing, I was putting gas in my Midget the other day and spilled some on the rubber bumper. I wiped it with a rag but thought it made the bumper look nice. Coincidentally, the handbook says to wipe the bumper with gas to make it look nice...

I notice the cover states the 79 is a MKIII. So the Midget 1500 (as a designation) doesn't really exist?
