With the huge number of products being sold with the MG logo by a multitude of sources, I wonder if that logo is now in the public domain? I don't know anything about international copyright laws, but I doubt that all those sources have applied for a license to the logo...

Here is one thing I found on the logo:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:MG_Cars_(logo).png
This seems to say it is copyrighted but I'll do some more searching.

Hmmm.... I can get it done in Platinum for only $19,533.00 CDN!!! Gold for 5734.00!!! Maybe not!!

Some prices:

Strong and flexible Plastic heatproof to 80℃ / 176℉ degrees - $10 - 21 CDN

Metallic Plastic heatproof to 169℃ / 336℉ degrees. -- $15

Stainless Steel heat resistant to 831℃ / 1528℉ degrees. -- $60 - $70 CDN

Polished Blue Strong & Flexible Plastic for $10.73 plus shipping $15 ($6 to the US.... I really hate that!!!) . Think 176℉ degrees is good enough?

Best use of a 3D printer to date, well done.

1968 MGB Purchased already dis-assembled but which is largely back together so I'm a lot less ignorant.

Try your local library. A lot of them have 3d printers or knowledge of where you can find one for cheap use in the community.

Thanks for sharing. Just got mine done. Blue ABS, cost me $5 CDN. I used 3DHubs (http://3dhubs.refr.cc/G59D8Q8). They hook you up with people that will do 3D printing near you.

If you use the link you will get a $10 credit!!
