Getting ready on MOT day

6 years later, my 21st and the car's 50th. Not updated this for a long time but over the past three years I've started my Apprenticeship for Triumph Motorcycles as a design engineer, completed two years of uni as part of the training and in the background always working on the car. To this end I wanted to add a radio but use an original MG console to keep with the feel of ...

Seat belts fitted

I have not updated this journal in quite a while and in the 6 months or so since then quite a lot has happened to the car. I am very nearly now at the stage where the car is ready to take an MOT but there were a few steps between November and now that I have not covered. First, for Christmas I received a pair of wing mirrors and 3-point seatbelts for the car. Not what every 17 year would ask for but it suited me down to the ground. So naturally by boxing day the driver's seat was out and ...
