I finished it long ago, but right now I sorted the photos so I can post it. I still have to exchange leaf springs, because mine old after restoration by a blacksmith is too height. Anyway, this is a minor job. I just finished few months job of rebuilding the carbs. Someone may ask why 1 day job took you few months. Well, all the processes like glass blasting, zinc plating, rebushing spindles, ordering parts etc. takes time to organize. I also put a lot of attention to keep it as original as possible, also visually. Removing Too Thick Zinc On UJoint

So, today as a result of too much free time and Jeffreys inspiration on previous page, I decided to fix the thing on my own ;-) As wife and kids ware away I had free day and no worries about kids safety while my experiments. Here I would like to proudly share with you the procedure and result of fruitful day ;-) 1) cleaned everything in ultrasound cleaner in high temp (85C) The colour of zinz changed from yellow to white. Probably because of temperature. 2) I needed to remove the zinc layer....
