Anyone know of a source for a quality throw out bearing for a TD or TF gearbox? I've heard negative things about the usual supplier's TOBs.

Have a Moss one in the TF with a new pressure plate and no issues. Maybe I'm just lucky also put a Moss one in the 72 B back in 06, with a new pressure plate and to my knowledge, it's still in there. PJ

The ones to stay away from are the "improved" ball-bearing ones. The carbon ones seem just fine.

Never had a problem with the Moss units. I have them in all my British cars.
