Didn't realize the end of the heater control was broken until yesterday when I was reassembling the new dash on my 71 B. Moss doesn't have them. Any suggestions of a vendor where I might find one?
Thanks in advance,

Fred

Try "Buy, Sell and Trade" here, or E-bay.

The knob/gear controls are unobtanium, so e-bay or whatever. The Morse cables should be available, if not just get a lawn mower cable and make one.

What is wrong with the mechanism? I don't see any missing parts other than the cable which is readily available. You might have to soak, clean, and lubricate the mechanism

If you do look for a replacement, look for the number that is stamped into the mechanism frame.

The only thing i can't see is the cable nipple. The cables are available. The cable is solid wire so it will push/pull.
