I was looking for a MGA exhaust pipe from the original manifold with out buying an entire stainless steel system.
Have not been able to find one. Do I need to do a custom?

I have a stainless steel front section that I will sell for $75 + shipping. PM me if you’re interested.

Mitch, I've got what I think is the original exhaust from mine, hanging as garage wall art. I can't swear to its condition but it's yours if you want it (I'm going stainless at some point when I'm done with assembly)

I have one that came with my car. I went with a Moss system. I would have to check it but I think it was pretty nice.

Catalog page 19: item R-56 (front exhaust pipe - mild steel)
About $80 but my price sheet is a little old.

Normally a muffler shop can make up the pipe including the bolt plate as a normal course of events.
