Barney's site has a list of filters which will, or may fit:

Jim,
The original filter elements were wire and cotton, and can be washed in gas, oiled, and reused. K and N makes a filter that comes pre oiled, and are fit and forget - need to be reoiled after 10, 000 miles I believe. Barney has a list of the K and N references. We have these on both our cars.
Peter.

I'm familiar with the K&N's but would really like to go with a simple, paper, easy to replace filter that will fit into the Vokes cans. Anybody got a part number for the Wix paper filters ? I think they're available at my local Napa which would be very convenient. Thanks, Jim

Before I posted this thread, I checked Bernie's most excellent site and the Wix filter he lists is a little too large in diameter and a little too tall. Has anybody out there tried these? Will they fit with some trimming? Thanks, Jim
