Within 15 mins of my last post I received an email from Moss saying that ALL of their tanks suffer from the same problem and they will resolve the issue today. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for your support.
And it's Saturday morning and I didn't hear back from Moss by the end of yesterday as they promised so I guess I'm playing their waiting game again. Customer service doesn't seem to be their strong point. I'll keep you posted again.
