This are the stock Ford V8 mounts and brackets. Brackets were welded to the frame.
Motor mount engine bracket are off center to make room for the mounts in the MGB frame configuration.
The engine bracket with the spacers, is for the driver side. Spacers are needed to clear the steering column.

I made this mounts with Grahams help. They do work and are made to work with the Ford V8 and a Ford chassis.
In the B space is limited and cramped and for other reasons. I decided not to use this mounts. I have designed new mounts and a new way to install. Should be ready in about 2-3 weeks.

I am making my own headers,I am only making one set for my own. The ones in the picture are the old style from Coyote (Steve)I modified them. the new ones from Ted are similar.

Why am doing a V8? The Spurious made me do it.confused smiley

Obviously these are universal with welding and fabrication required but a very simple design

Those mounts give more flexibility to locating the engine height than the stock mga angled style and easier to set and tighten the bolts straight up and down than at an angle
