Dave,

I have this Moss valve cover; it needs polishing and the cap is not original, but otherwise no issues.
What's it worth to you?

Thanks,
Richard

Ok, that's a cool and unique valve cover right there. Never seen another like it, though haven't had the B long. Any idea of the vintage? And if David isn't interested I probably would be.

I have the same one on my car. It is a 60s vintage valve cover from Moss. It uses the standard 'Stant' cap as shown, not the standard MGB type (or the type used on the more modern aluminum valve covers). These are pretty rare and sought after. Much nicer than the later versions. Don't use a mushroom shaped cap. Use the round one.

Thread hack! I happen to have the same valve cover in my garage, but no cap...any idea on where I could find one?

Ebay or Amazon or any local car parts store. Get the round Stant brand cap. Five bucks. Breathes well too.

That is really nice. I might be interested if the others are not. Is there a price assigned?

Thank you.
Pete
