have a 1950 engine in a late model MGB that is for sale. This engine was rebuilt in the early 90's, run for a few seasons and has been off the road for the past 20 years. I have the parts and machine shop receipts for the work done. Has a Weber 45 DCOE and the larger valve cylinder head. Mallory dual point distributor, TRI Y header, Piper cam, Isky lifters & push rods. Was balanced. Starts right up and idles around 1400 rpm. Good oil pressure. The car is located in SE Michigan if you want to see it run before it gets pulled for a V8 conversion. Will be a complete engine with Radiator, Kenlowe fan, heavy duty clutch, flywheel, etc. Will need new gaskets and seals. Compression is between 160 and 175 on all cylinders.
Will post photos later.
