This roadster was purchased new in 1980 at Ladd Motors in Lebanon, PA by the seller. It is listed in the North American MGB Register â€œOriginal Ownerâ€™s Registryâ€ and the â€œLimited Edition Ownerâ€™s Registryâ€. Unrestored, but very well cared for, this open two seater is original in every way â€“ the sparkling paint, interior, drive train, and alloy rims remain virtually free of any indications of age or wear. The only items that have been replaced are the fabric of the convertible top and the tires. A new Hartz cloth top and radial tires now adorn this MGB LE.

Over the years the vehicle has won â€œBest in Classâ€ awards at such major events as the â€œBritish Invasion of Stoweâ€ (Vermont), the â€œHunt Country Classicâ€ (Virginia), the Annual Philadelphia MG Car Club Show, and the Annual Moss Motors British Car Show (New Jersey).

Though a show winner, it is not a garage queen. This car participated in parade laps at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and at Lime Rock, and has gone head-to-head against other British cars on the competitive driving course at the Skip Barber School of Driving.

The car has been in Las Vegas a short time and recently underwent a complete engine diagnostic and tune up. All systems are functional and there are no known mechanical, electrical or structural issues. Rarely are vehicles cared for as well as the treatment this one has received.
