The MG Experience RegistryNot set's 1966 MG MGB GT

Well...wife, kids, house, etc...got in the way and I need to move on. FS is my 66BGT steel dash project. I have the Heritiage Cert and it was produced in Nov/ Dec 65 and sent to the US in Jan of 66.

Here is what I have done (partial list over the past 13 years)

1 yr old engine professional engine rebuild
1 year old professional trany rebuild (non-OD)
Complete ineterior ready to go ---moss carpets, dash pad, headliner vinyl
moss wood backed interior panels
leather front seats all assembled -- proper black with white piping
vinvyl back seat
wrinkle finish dash with all gaugues
accesory smith vacuum gauge, voltmeter, and clock made installed in old radio console
armrest
new clutch
media blasted rolling tub to bare metal
good origianl aluminum hood (bonnet)
brand new front and left front fenders
all welding repairs complete
installed floor pans
no rust all
new in box brake lines
new front grille with buffers
All glass in good shape
all extetior brightwork in good shape
new front bumper
original rear bumper -- could be re-chromed.
all new seals (doors, hatch, windshield)
rebuilt SU carbs
the list goes on and on.
I have the original wiring harness but I was going to get a new one -- that is the largest component that is needed (besides wheels and ties) to complete the car.

Not all parts listed above...many many more. Car is complete.

My project stalled because now I am to paint stage and kids cost more than I thought! There is some minor body work to complete (not rust) just a couple of small dents and it is ready for primer and paint -- then essentially reassemble.

The car and all of the parts is located in Daphne, AL. This is really not anything that can be shipped -- you'll need to come get it. Feel free to email me at cdentonbaker@gmail.com with questions

Send me a PM and I will shoot you a link to more than 50 pics of the car and parts or if you have box try this one...https://www.box.com/s/b6e31586503f225f53d1

I've fielded a couple of questions and want to clarify.....I bought the 66BGT in 2000 and immediately started disassembly and restoration. Then got married etc...house..yada yada...project on hold. Got going again and after significant evaluation it was determined that the tub was too far gone. The tub for the project is a donor 67. Every other item is from the 66.

My heart is breaking...but it is time.
