Hey Guys and Gals,
The polyurethane valance is finally in production and will be ready soon. So this is your chance to own a very unique and custom piece for your B! I will keep the group buy sale posted for a couple more weeks, so if any of you are interested, please let me know. Here's a link to the vendor thread:

Tony,

I watched the whole process you went through, taking suggestions and presenting your alternative designs. I have to say the final result is VERY good. It matches up nicely with the tailored MGB tailored look, continuing the good lines below the grill. Nicely done! I'm probably a couple years from rebuilding our roadster, but when the time comes......

Regards,

Steve

how is your grill badge mounted?
Is there a plinth there?
I thought we checked every grill badge mounting option.

Hey Michael,
If you're referring to the MG badge, it is attached to the grill. You cant really see the grill in the pics because its painted black

Hey Steve, I will be working on a rear valance in the near future as well. I just need to get the Camaro project done and out the door before I can focus on the B. I'll definitely keep everyone updated.

I have already forgotten. Does it come "solid" and I cut out the openings A/R?

This version has all openings precut since its harder to cut and paste polyurethane vs. fiberglass

I'm curious as to how this would lay up to a late model B given that the signal lights appear to be integrated into the rubber bumper. Could the fog lamp apertures of the Rideskinz valance be used for signal lamps or are the old signal light recesses still a feature of the fenders? Does anyone have a picture of a late model B with the front rubber bumper removed? Thanks.

Good question Sal, the fog light apertures of this valance could definitely be customized to fit signal lamps. I think on the RB cars you may either need to cut out the turn signal openings on the fenders or relocate the signals to the valance if need be. I may be mistaken, and I am only going off of memory from past conversations on this topic as I don't have an RB car here. Maybe someone else can chime in
