Over 1500 pieces
In 2011 we started our 'In a Box' range, this is a range of car specific bolt sets. The 'in a box' range are designed to get you at least 90% of the way through your full nut and bolt restoration. These sets have been put together from data sheets, original manuals and countless hours building these cars up from the ground in our own body shops. We are dedicated to offering only the very best parts made from the very best materials, these sets are a combination of High Tensile Steel (Grades 'S', 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9) and Stainless Steel. Our fasteners are certified to carry the strength requirements needed for suspension / brake systems and offer peace of mind on structural panels and seat belt anchoring points.

Our MGB [in a box] set is made up of over 1500 pieces and includes:

Set-Screws
Bolts
Nyloc Nuts
Nuts
Flat Washers
Spring Washers
PLEASE NOTE: For this application 'UNF Domed Philip head screws' have been replaced with 'UNF Domed Allen head screws'

Areas 'In a Box' covers:

Body Bolts
Engine Bay Fasteners
Drive Train (Engine, Gearbox, Axle)
Brake System
Suspension
Interior

Helpful Advise:
We do not supply stretch bolts or head bolts at this point.
It is good practice to bag up the old fasteners used for key points of the vehicle and mark the bag I.e Front suspension, etc as this is a time saver when reassembling.
Certain fasteners have been upgraded for a more practical (or stronger) replacement.
It is a very good idea to keep a supply of self taping screws and grommets in the workshop!

I have spoken to a few members on here who are really happy with the bolt sets but say it is a shame about the postage costs, well we can't do anything about the postage, it is due to the weight of the product! (It is ALOT of bolts!)

Have you tried DHL for shipping to the US? I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was to have a bunch of items shipped that I purchased from MiniSport. UPS wanted nearly three times the cost.

We have actually managed to get the rates down for the weight class these fall into with our courier! That is with thanks to all of you that have purchased them already!

So those who are about to purchase them, thank the ones who went before you for your cheaper postage smiling smiley

In the coming months we will be adding the high chrome coach bolts etc to the packs! These are currently being manufactured at the factory, then we are sending them to be chromed!
