Are there replacement floor panels available for 1100?

They can be had from Earlpart in UK... But they are so simple looking to me. They are narrow enough you could use sheet metal from Home Depot and a bead roller from Eastwood. The big sucky part I'm seeing is that you'd likely have to depressurize the car and remove the hydrolastic line and brake lines. On my cars anyway, they are right at the too of the rust line!

Thanks for the info. I don't know if my rust is next to the lines or not, I need to have a look. I do have to take out my blatters anyway to have them repaired. Not sure who fixes them, but someone on the forum mentioned they can be fixed.

John is right, they are very easy to make. Exactly as he states, sheet metal and a cheap bead roller
The following link shows some photos of my new floor pans I made and welded in place. Have a "rust free" California car, except for a leaking sunroof which rusted out the floor pans. After the replacements, good as new.

Wow nice floorpan job... Exactly how I'd imagined I'd do mine. My rust line is a little higher up the side of the "transmission" tunnel, but you seem to have gotten lucky and where able to cut it out lower where the hydrolastic pipes aren't. Are those portable white walls? Your pictures answer my question about the bit of floor under the crossmember... Have the a similar situation, two California cars with great sills but damp carpets ruined the flat parts of the floors. One has a terrible trunk floor, but th other appears to have had a tow hitch mounted at some time... Which was removed and it ended up with drain holes before it was stored outside. Your sunroof provokes jealousy.

Used to live in Maplewood NJ... Up by Newark. I miss NJ sad smiley
