I was aimlessly surfing the net this evening and came across this New Zealand MGCC guide to
Buying an MGF or TF. Buying an MGF/TF
Lots of good info, particularly as many of their cars are sourced from Japan, as are ours.

Modern MGs aren't just Transportation, They're a Hobby!

Interesting to see that there is no mention of Steptronic boxes in the guide. I know that Steptronic cars are not yet mature enough to make it here yet but I have one in the UK and they are fun to drive. I suspect that some of the less agile amongst us would welcome their introduction on this side of the pond
