Is it just my car or do other MGF owners have trouble with starting in damp weather conditions: The recent storms we just had with lashings of rain really affected my car to the extent that it would not start. I tried spraying exposed electrics with WD 40 to no avail. Is there a 'fix' for this, or is there a cure?

I haven't had any problems with damp starting here, but my car is probably used to it after
15 years in South Wales!
